A Jacksonville Family Tradition
This is Megan & Ben! The parents of 5 lovely daughters, and the owners of Willie’s in Jacksonville, FL.
The shop was originally opened in 1968 by Willo Dean Hyde or “Willie”. For decades, Willie’s was a children’s special occasion and custom dress destination, and over time the shop transitioned into to the children’s apparel and gift boutique that it is today. Willie’s was owned and operated for several years by Amy and Krystal Hyde (Willo Dean’s daughter and granddaughter seen here) before they graciously sold the shop to us in February of 2020.
Generations of Jacksonville locals, including Megan, grew up shopping in this iconic little shop. For years and years Willie’s has been a special place to so many. We hope this memorable store will continue to serve Jacksonville children and families for years to come!
Delivery & Returns
ONLINE RETURNS:
We recognize that with your online purchase you are not able to fully experience your purchase through sight, touch, and fit. For that reason we will accept returns of regular price, unworn, and unwashed apparel only. Apparel merchandise must also have all original tags still attached and be in original packaging when applicable. Merchandise returns can only be accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. All items must be back to the store within 10 days to be eligible for a refund. Holiday apparel as well as all toys are not eligible for refunds.
IN STORE RETURNS:
No card or cash refunds. Eligible Willie’s merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase so long as it is in new/unused condition, has all of its original tags, is in its original packaging, and is accompanied by its receipt. An exchange constitutes a final sale at the time of transaction, as does the use of a store credit. Merchandise that is not eligible for exchange or return for store credit include: books, discounted items, seasonal/holiday gifts and apparel, cosmetics, candles, and bath/hygiene products. Store credits expire 2 years after date of issue. Issued store card must be present to redeem store credit.
